Lease Analyst – Savills Studley

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Initially, your primary responsibilities will be to provide global lease administration services and support the Sr. Lease Analyst for your assigned client account(s).  In addition, you may be required to support the lease administration services business within the Company’s Occupier Services Group in general.  Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

 

•       Review and interpret leases and other real estate documents.

•       Abstract and audit lease documents including updating and maintaining all lease information and data in applicable technology platforms, as required.

•       Perform quality reviews within client KPIs to maintain best in class database integrity.

•       Conduct audits of Year-End Common Area Maintenance (CAM), Insurance, and Real Estate Tax reconciliations.

•       Process, verify and code recurring and non-recurring manual bill-pay for international and domestic client locations, perform invoice compliance review to identify cost avoidance and potential recoveries.

•       Perform accurate and detailed reconciliation of rent accounts and work with Landlords to resolve any discrepancies. 

•       Support Sr. Lease Analyst in completing day to day lease administration tasks and portfolio reporting

•       Special projects as assigned. 

Requirements 

Excellent oral and written communications skills

Well organized, extremely accurate and detailed oriented

Proficiency in MS Office products

Prior accounting and/or lease administration experience preferred
