Savills Studley is seeking a real estate Lease Audit Coordinator to provide professional services for several of our commercial and retail clients. The position will be based in Tampa, Florida. Job Description:
The Lease Audit Coordinator position plays an integral role within the Real Estate team of both Savills Studley and its clients. The position is responsible for coordinating audit functions for the audit team and Savills Studley clients and performing various administrative tasks. The Lease Audit Coordinator position will report to the Manager of Lease Audit.
Tasks
- Review of leases and other real estate documents.
- Draft audit related correspondence and notifications.
- Perform preliminary audit analysis for office, industrial and retail leases.
- Direct contact with landlords for compilation of supporting documentation required for audits and to determine proper notice information.
- Update information for client reporting.
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks
- Special projects as assigned.

- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze detailed lease agreements and contracts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and initiate projects
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Bilingual is a plus
