Cassidy Turley Corporate Services is hiring for a Lease Transactions Manager in Tampa. This position would be responsible for on-going and future lease negotiations in collaboration with the existing real estate team.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with all parties involved in the leasing process on behalf of client and Cassidy Turley
  • Negotiate lease terms on behalf of client(s)
  • Develop critical dates and deadlines for all assignments, maintain transaction checklists, and communicate deadlines with clients
  • Assist in the preparation of market and demographic information in preparation for presentations and meetings
  • Ensure and manage the quality and timeliness of transaction information entered into all databases
  • Prepare transaction communication tools and packages for management for internal approval process
  • Engage and develop effective working relationships with clients and/or new clients
  • Process lease extensions, terminations, and subleases
  • Perform tasks with minimal supervision

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Must obtain and hold state Real Estate license
  • Basic understanding of computer software programs and base building systems, including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, LoopNet and CoStar
  • Comprehensive understanding of lease terms
  • Demonstrated ability to execute real estate plans on behalf of clients
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; portrays confidence with both
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and reflect a sense of urgency in daily duties by meeting or improving upon deadlines
  • The qualified candidate will be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional and customer service oriented
