Job Description:
As an Entry-Level Leasing Agent, you’ll play a key role in helping prospective tenants find their next home. You’ll assist with showing apartments, managing leads, and guiding applicants through the leasing process. This is a commission-only position, ideal for someone looking to break into the real estate industry and grow with a supportive team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to rental inquiries by phone, email, and online platforms.
- Schedule and conduct property showings with prospective tenants.
- Market available rental units through listing sites and social media.
- Assist applicants through the leasing process, including applications and lease execution.
- Coordinate with the property management team to ensure a smooth move-in experience.
- Maintain organized records of leads, appointments, and application statuses.
Qualifications:
- No real estate license or prior experience required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage a flexible schedule independently.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills required.
Compensation:
Commission-based only — no hourly wage or salary.
Estimated earnings: $50,000 – $100,000+ per year, based on performance. High performers have significant income potential, with no commission cap.
