Atlantic Housing is currently seeking an outgoing individual with excellent customer service skills to join one of our communities in Largo, FL. This individual will be responsible for the overall success of day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be well organized, self-motivated, energetic, outgoing, and have a positive attitude.

Duties include:

  • Presenting properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
  • Handling incoming calls
  • Processing applications
  • Advertising available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials
  • Resident retention
  • Assisting the Property Manager/Assistant Manager
  • General Customer Service
  • Entering information into property software system

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Yardi and Microsoft Office (one year)
  • Previous leasing experience (one year)
  • High school diploma; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
