| This person will be responsible for showing available rentals to prospective tenants all over north St Petersburg and Largo. This person will coordinate showing times with prospects, meet prospects at property, show property (point out features), screen applicants, prepare leases and help tenant through the move in process.
Person must have a FL real estate license, have a reliable and presentable car, clean driving record, excellent organizational and communication skills. This person also must have good computer skills as typing and smart phone use is required on a daily basis. This is a commissioned sales job. Need to like interacting with a lot of people!
