We are currently looking for a Leasing Agent for our Williams Landing Apartment Community in Tampa, FL .
The Leasing Associate is responsible for leasing apartment homes by setting appointments, greeting and qualifying prospective residents. Demonstrating community features and benefits to help prospective residents make the decision to lease at our community.
This position plays an important role in the team and ensures the continued satisfaction of current residents by assisting with individual inquiries, service requests and resident appreciation events.
Experience is appreciated but not required. The ideal candidate will have sales and/or customer service experience.
