Leasing
- Answer telephone while maintaining courteous and helpful attitude to residents and prospects
- Generate traffic to maintain occupancy goals in most cost effective way
- Complete tours and move-ins
- Verify and process applications with accuracy and timeliness
- Follow up with new move-ins
- Inspect apartment homes prior to move-in
- Assist in maintaining community appearance
Resident Relations
- Assist with resident interaction, including complaints, while maintaining a positive attitude
- Promote resident referrals through resident interaction
- Record notices to vacate
- Collect rent
Qualifications
To be successful with Michaelson Group, you MUST have:
- Cheerful attitude and focused on customer service
- Tech savvy – able to learn/work with property management applications
- Strength in Sales / Leasing / Closing
Prefers:
- Experience using Rent Manager
