FUNCTIONAL AREA:
All phases of leasing and resident retention

QUALIFICATIONS:
1 to 2 years of leasing experience

Greet, qualify and determine needs and preferences of prospective residents

Professionally present features and benefits of the community, and properly secure lease agreements

Complete and maintain resident leases and paperwork

Proven leasing and marketing skills

Computer proficiency including Yardi

Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and detail accuracy skills

Computer proficiency including Yardi

Professional appearance and demeanor
