DESCRIPTION:
Established 60 years ago, Tonti Properties is a privately held, growth-oriented company that owns, develops and manages 21 multi-family properties across seven states. Each of our communities is an extension of, not only the Tonti Brand, but the Tonti family.
FUNCTIONAL AREA:
All phases of leasing and resident retention
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 to 2 years of leasing experience
- Greet, qualify and determine needs and preferences of prospective residents
- Professionally present features and benefits of the community, and properly secure lease agreements
- Complete and maintain resident leases and paperwork
- Proven leasing and marketing skills
- Computer proficiency including Yardi
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and detail accuracy skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
