Mid-size apartment community under renovation seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to lease-up and maintain high occupancy rates. Come grow with us and be a part of an amazing team.
As a Leasing Specialist you will have the responsibility of:
- Greeting, showing/touring model apartments to prospective residents
- Processing and supervising resident applications, move-ins and move-outs
- Maintaining prospect, traffic and leasing data
- Assisting in tenant screening and processing of credit checks
- Preparing lease documentation and completing move-in procedures
- Assisting residents with maintenance requests
- Handling telephone calls and on-site traffic
- Assisting with marketing to include preparation of flyers, newsletters and market surveys
- Assisting Property Manager in all aspects of property management
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish – plus
- Positive resident relations
- Strong organizational skills
- Highly motivated and energetic with the ability to motivate others
- Reliable transportation a must
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Customer oriented, enthusiastic, team play and goal oriented
- Flexibility to work weekends
- Minimum of 1 year experience in leasing apartments
