Our client is looking for an organized and motivated accountant to be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monthly rent reconciliations, including landlord invoice billing/statement review, coding, reconciliation to lease agreements, and processing related check requests
- Preparation of percentage rent calculations and CPI escalations
- Review and reconciliation of monthly and annual CAM reconciliations
- Assist with weekly Aging Receivable reports for management
- Handle inquiries from Property Management and Asset Management
Qualifications
- BS Degree in Finance/ Accounting preferred but not required
- 2 – 3 years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software experience a PLUS
