We are looking for a talented sales/leasing, customer service or hospitality professional to join “the company that keeps good company!” at our beautiful community, Villas at Flagler Pointe in St. Petersburg, Florida!
The Leasing Associate job will be part-time (up to 29-hours per week). The work schedule will be Monday through Friday, including weekends and evenings as scheduled.
Duties will include demonstrating and leasing apartments/space through sales and marketing efforts. Must have a thorough knowledge of the local leasing market, competitors, and be able to analyze market data, generate prospects, and promote the property through marketing initiatives. Our Leasing Associates also work with the Community Manager to ensure the efficient operation and administration of the leasing office; this includes performing basic Accounting work.
The position offers a base salary plus the opportunity to earn commission. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma (or GED), and at least two (2) years of successful direct real estate, retail sales, hospitality, or marketing experience. Must have excellent computer skills, and strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to manage multiple responsibilities with conflicting priorities. Knowledge of general Accounting principles is needed.
The part-time position includes eligibility to participate in the company’s 401(k) Plan with company match, plus the opportunity to earn commission.
