Student Housing Community near USF seeking a qualified full-time leasing consultant/administrative assistant. The correct candidate will be in charge of administrative and leasing support for the office. Specific job requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to management
- Thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications, and all community policies
- Completes leases, agreements, and addendums
- Answer phone calls and tenant inquiries
- Maintain accurate tenant and general files
- Responsible to play an active role in the lease renewal process
- Knowledge of graphic design desired, but not required
- Assist with the application and screening processes
- Effectively resolve resident requests and complaints
Requirements:
- Strong emphasis on organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability and willingness to multi-task.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with various computer programs, including but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and various internet applications.
- Demonstrates interpersonal skills by effectively communicating with all levels of management, employees, tenants, and external vendors.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
Experience:
Should have at least 2 years’ experience in an office setting. Two years of leasing experience and some college required. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
