Primary responsibilities include interacting with prospective residents, communicating the resident value of living in a PP apartment and securing lease agreements. Initiates the verification process to qualify prospective residents. Communicates lease expirations and facilitates lease renewals. Assists with property marketing activities.
Required Qualifications – High school diploma/GED and 1-3 years of experience in leasing, sales, and/or customer service required.
