Leasing Consultant are required to handle the leasing process on the property, including qualifying prospects, answering the telephone, obtaining an appointment with the prospect, showing the property and leasing available
- Specific duties include:
- Greeting
- Touring model or market ready
- Accepting applications for
- Checking to see if application is
- Making sure prospect understands deposit
- Determining move-in date and unit
- Collecting deposit and application
- Verifying
- Making recommendations to Property Manager about desirability of
- Completing Apartment Lease and Addendum’s.
- Property Manager to
- Explaining lease to
- Making entries to computer and/or status reports, of
- Completing all move-in packages
