Responsibilities

  • Welcome potential residents via phone or in-person to the GSC community
  • Assist in their search for a new apartment home by showing apartments and providing a tour of the community
  • Coordinate the rental application and qualification process with prospective residents
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager in coordinating community and resident appreciation events
  • Assist residents with lease renewals and various requests
  • Provide excellent customer service to all residents, prospects, applicants, internal associates, and external vendors
