AptStaf is seeking a Leasing Agent in the Tampa, FL area to join our team!
Leasing Consultant will perform interviews for prospective tenants and record information to ascertain their needs and qualifications based on the procedures of the properties. We are looking for select qualified individuals to be part of our team for a new app called AptStaf that allows for self-service staffing. The app is completely FREE, and specific to the multi-family industry. It also allows you to control your own schedule and work as much, or as little, as you would like right from your smartphone!

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Engage and connect with potential and existing residents.
- Tour and sell the communitys amenities.
- Assess tenant needs, resolve and/or escalate to management as needed.
- Perform administrative duties pertaining to leasing files, updating necessary paperwork and computer systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have professional appearance, demeanor, and communication skills.
- Prior experience with Yardi, OneSite, Rent Roll, Blue Moon, or other leasing software is required.
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing is a plus.
Required Experience:
- 6 months to 1 year experience in leasing and/or multi-family industry.
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- 18+ years or older.
