Full Job Description
Highly energetic and reliable individual needed to fill this position. In search of a knowledgeable, capable, people oriented Leasing Agent to lease our units and provide strong support to the Property Manager. Proven experience as a Leasing Agent required and experience as an Assistant Manager desired. Ability to make decisions and take initiative in new projects, solve problems and always have a positive attitude are highly desired qualities and skills.
Familiarity with MS Office
Strong leasing and persuasive marketing skills
Customer Service oriented
Bilingual a plus but not required.
AMSI knowledge highly desired

Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour
