LEASING CONSULTANT – BEL AIR (ST. PETERSBURG, FL)

You will be responsible for the leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of a multi-family residential apartment.

**$13.00-15.00 an hour; full-time; M-F 9am – 6pm; 1-3 years of leasing experience; must have valid driver’s license; weekends are a possibility depending on the schedule; strong communication and organizational skills are required

Essential Job Function:

  • Ability to understand and qualify all prospective residents and maintains all resident leasing files
  • Preparing lease documents and other related paperwork
  • Visiting and inspecting apartments and community grounds
  • Performing basic bookkeeping and clerical work
  • Establishing positive relations with residents
  • Doing on-site marketing and advertising
  • Daily communication and collaboration with staff, Property Manager and others as needed including any service maintenance requests.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • High School or GED (General Education Diploma) preferred
  • Previous leasing experience preferred
  • Strong sales and closing skills required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills
  • Yardi Voyager experience preferred
  • MS Office Word/Excel experience preferred
  • A valid driver’s license may be required
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Work Schedule:

Will normally work a Monday-Friday schedule with rotating weekends; (hours may vary to meet the business needs of the property)
