WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Westside Living is currently seeking a Leasing Consultant a 240-unit residential property in the Tampa, FL area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The selected candidate will be responsible for efficiently manage and perform the general business operations of the apartment community. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of previous experience exercising discretion and judgment pertaining to property management including leasing and supervisory leadership in achieving the objectives of the property owner as outlined in the annual budget and policies of the management company.
REQUIREMENTS:
Possess a positive, can-do attitude and be an effective team worker.
Qualified individuals must have at least 1-year experience in leasing, sales, advertising, marketing, or similar.
