Leasing Consultant Job Requirements:

We seek candidates with the same values as our own – commitment to professionalism, integrity and the highest level of customer service

• 2 years experience as a Leasing Consultant in Property Management with strong sales experience
• Strong marketing skills with experience conducting outside marketing
• Enthusiastic, Out-going and Professional
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & work weekends
• Self-motivated, with a positive attitude
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leasing/marketing skills
• Advanced working knowledge of social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, blogs)
• Superior customer service skills
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license
