Multi Family Leasing Agent, University Area
Full Time Position- Must be available to work Saturdays
An established and growing real estate company is offering a career opportunity for an Assistant Manager at a 250 unit complex in the University area in Northeast Tampa.

The property is located in Northeast Tampa, in the University area. Our ideal candidate lives close to the area and has extensive connections as well as personal and business relationships within the local community. Onsite living is also possible.
Skills needed:
- Organizational skills and attention to detail must be natural talents.
- Must be able to work effectively without the need for close supervision.
- Friendly, energetic, and able to relate to different personality styles effectively.
- Ability to provide outstanding service and communicate with prospects and residents.
- Able to multi-task and complete several projects in an organized manner.
- Creative problem-solver.
- Follows instructions and systems carefully and closely.
- Excellent, professional appearance.
- Proper and professional writing skills.
- Professional and courteous telephone manner.
- English/Spanish bilingual a plus.
Experience required:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Leasing, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service.
- Experience and very good skills with collecting delinquent accounts.
- Computer skills: Experience with property management software (Yardi, OneSite, or equivalent), Excel, Word, Internet Browsers, Craigslist, and the ability to learn.
- Experience with Social Network marketing a plus.
Compensation:
Starting salary $13 per hour plus full employer paid benefits
