LEASING CONSULTANT NEEDED
Overview:
Assist the management in the daily operations of a 300+ unit apartment community with focus on leasing operations and resident retention. Leasing and/or sales experience required.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a superior work ethic and attitude
Enjoy leasing and maintain a high closing ratio
Provide exceptional service for residents
Inspect property for maintenance and cleaning
Assist with resident events
All other duties as assigned by management
Skills:
Strong sales ability
Outgoing, positive, and persistent approach
Exceptional verbal communication skills
Computer competency
Requirements:
Full-time position including weekends on a rotating basis
Must live on-site
