Job Description
The leasing consultant is responsible for delivering quality customer service at our new Riverview/Tampa (33619), FL property. Duties include (but are not limited to) the following: general office duties, conducting tours of apartments & property amenities, qualifying prospects, and ensuring completion of lease agreements.

Qualifications
- Customer service & sales orientated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Capable in maintaining positive resident relations.
- At least one year of prior customer service experience.
- Must pass drug test, and background check.
