The Addison at Tampa Oaks is a new, Class A+, apartment home community in the Temple Terrace area of Tampa and they are looking for their next Leaser. Experience in property management and/or leasing is preferred but not completely necessary. The ideal candidate would have a sales/leasing/marketing background. The position involves touring prospective residents, selling them on our wonderful community and helping them through the application/leasing and move in process.
This position is full time and would require working weekends on a revolving schedule. Company benefits include health insurance and a reduced rate apartment should you choose to live on-site.
Familiarity with Realpage/On Line Leasing products is a plus!
