Job Summary:
Performs all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, lease renewals and resident retention and interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation and completing move-in paperwork and procedures. Provides high quality resident service and conveys resident service requests to the Maintenance Supervisor and other associates.
Requirements:
- One plus years of leasing experience with multi-family properties
- Superior customer service and communications skills (written and verbal)
- Must be enthusiastic, reliable, organized and able to multi-task
- Yardi experience (or similar software’s) is highly preferred, but not required
