Deerpath on the Lake is our 292 unit community hidden from the city’s busy life. Our community features newly renovated apartments and amazing amenities. We are hiring a new leasing consultant to join our outstanding team.
Summary:
Our Leasing Consultants performs all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, lease renewals and resident retention and interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation and completing move-in paperwork and procedures. Provides high quality resident service and conveys resident service requests to the Maintenance Supervisor and other associates.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of leasing experience with multi-family properties
- Superior customer service and communications skills (written and verbal)
- Must be enthusiastic, reliable, organized and able to multi-task
- Yardi experience (or similar software’s) is highly preferred, but not required
