Dominium is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant at Regency Palms, a 200 unit apartment community in Port Richey, FL.
· Showcasing the property to prospects and converting them to qualified residents
· Answering telephones
· Recording traffic
· Marketing and outreach
· Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium
Qualifications:
· Previous leasing or sales experience preferred
· Tax Credit experience preferred
· Yardi software and MS Office experience preferred
· Bilingual preferred
· Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong judgment
Wage: $10 – $12 depending on experience
