We are currently seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team at Regency Palms, a 200 unit apartment community in Port Richey, FL.
Position Summary:
The Leasing Consultant would be responsible for responding to all prospect calls, walk-in visits, and internet inquiries in a professional manner while presenting the apartment community in a positive light.
Responsibilities:
- Showcasing the property to prospects and converting them to qualified residents
- Answering telephones
- Recording traffic
- Marketing and outreach
- Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium
Qualifications:
- 1 year of previous leasing, customer service, or sales experience
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to work on call
- Section 8 experience
- Section 42 experience
- Yardi software experience
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong judgement
