Full Job Description
Job Duties:
- Meet and tour property with prospective residents.
- Gather needs and wants to find the perfect apartment home for the prospective resident.
- Collect applications and process for approval.
- Prepare lease paperwork and perform move-ins.
- Answer and transfer calls from multi-line telephones
- Respond to internet and phone leads.
- Assist in the lease renewals
- Help maintain the leasing office, model, and tour path.
- Walk lease ready apartments for final inspections before move-in.
Requirements:
- Full time position with regularly scheduled weekend hours.
- Must be organized and detail oriented.
- Must possess strong sales skills.
- Must have good customer service skills.
- Computer skills required.
- Knowledge of MRI software is a plus.
- Ideal candidate will have previous apartment industry experience.
- Bilingual is a plus

Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
