We are seeking a Stellar Leasing Consultant for a brand new, state of the art, luxury apartment community in beautiful South Tampa to start immediately!! The ideal candidate for this position must have experience working lease-ups for luxury apartment community and must be very professional. Interviews are being held now!!!
Requirements:
MUST:
Have 1-2 year experience leasing luxury apartments and working lease-up.
Have experience with Leasing software, Yardi, Onsite or MRI
Have Own reliable transportation.
Pass a criminal background and drug check EOE.
Work some weekends
