Leasing Consultant
Gallina Management, a residential property management firm, is searching for a dynamic Leasing Consultant to join our team in Venice area. This position will show/lease apartments, provide excellent customer service, & perform other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have:
· HS diploma or GED
· One year property management/sales experience, or Associate Degree in sales, marketing, or related field w/ 6 months property management experience.
· Familiarity w/ housing laws & leasing agreements.
· One year providing exemplary related customer service.
· Ability to work professionally as an integral part of the team.
· Proficiency using Microsoft Office product and familiarity with YARDI software desired
Hours (Monday-Friday) – 40/week including rotating days w/shortened Saturday hours. Competitive wages, bonus potential, & comprehensive benefits available.
