JOB SUMMARY:

Our Leasing Consultants play an integral role in the success of our team, our community and creating a place our residents are proud to call home. You will be responsible for providing unparalleled service to our residents by assisting them in finding the perfect home at our community. Duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Showing prospective residents their future apartment home and assist with the leasing process.
  • Complete all required paperwork and assigned administrative duties. Assist with the marketing and advertising needs of the community.
  • Assist with all lease renewals, inspections, and be able to professionally communicate both verbally and in written form.
  • Contribute to the cleanliness and curb appeal of the community.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be enthusiastic and a minimum of one year sales related experience.
  • Must have sufficient computer skills that will allow you to use, in a proficient manner, all company issued software programs.
  • Some weekend and early evening shifts may be required

A pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check will be conducted.
