We are looking for a competent, enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to assist with leasing activities on behalf of property owners. The successful candidate will effectively explore the market to identify opportunities and secure tenants. Must be coach-able and willing to follow directions, company policies, and fair housing laws. Job duties may not be limited to just the descriptions below. Weekends are required. Monthly bonus incentives.
Responsibilities
- Present apartments, and the amenities of the property to prospective clients in a persuasive manner
- Screen Prospects
- Promote unoccupied apartments through various media and advertising techniques
- Evaluate clients’ requirements and financial prosperity to ensure they meet the properties income requirements
- Provide accurate information on the different features of property
- Validate application information and references
- Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements
- Keep abreast of the property market status
- Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically

Requirements
- Proven working experience as a leasing consultant
- Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
- Proven track record of successful sales
- Basic understanding of MS Office
- Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills
- Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques
- Customer-focused approach

Salary: $11.00 to $15.00 /hour
