Our property in Largo, FL has an opening for a full-time, Leasing Consultant!
Qualified candidates will be professional, outgoing and friendly. The goal of the position is to provide current residents a high level of service as well as educate potential residents on the benefits of our living at our property and leasing options. To accomplish this goal, the responsibilities of a CSR / Leasing Agent include; rental of vacant apartments, showing apartments, preparing lease packages, renewal of leases, rent collection, answering questions and completing service requests
This position has the following requirements; availability to work weekends, basic computer skills, ability to understand apartment rental and collection practices, have reliable transportation, be professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
