Seeking a friendly, fun, dynamic Leasing Agent / Consultant to join our team at a beautiful apartment community located in Clearwater. Will consider full and part time candidates.
Responsibilities Include:
- Be the first point of contact for anyone interested in learning more about our apartment community (in-person, via email and through telephone inquiries)
- Provide prospective residents with highly informed and engaging touring experiences
- Offer superior customer service for both current and prospective residents
- “Close the deal” and complete all necessary tasks, paperwork and administrative duties
Requirements:
- Prior experience with apartment leasing
- Strong sales ability and drive to close the deal
- Flexible, outgoing, authentic personality
- Computer experience
