KRI Properties, a fast growing apartment management and investment company has an immediate opening for another experienced apartment Leasing Consultant / Assistant Manager for the St.Petersburg area.
Duties to include but not limited to, taking leasing calls, setting up appointments for touring the community, conducting property tours, leasing, rent collection, coordinating work orders, scheduling contractors, outside marketing and other tasks typically associated with apartment community operations.
