Job Description

An A+ community in Largo, FL is seeking an energetic experienced, top producing Leasing Consultant for National Management Company with great benefits.

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and lease renewals, including generating and handling traffic, showing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation and completing move-in procedures.

RAM Partners, LLC. (RAM) is a full service property management firm servicing third-party clients owning apartment communities throughout the United States.

The RAM team includes seasoned and experienced management professionals with the power of vast resources to serve our clients needs. These include highly creative and well-developed systems for marketing, sales, administration, accounting and financial reporting. Our training department provides a vast array of motivated sales and service training as well as the basics of office administration. We also have in-house specialists in the disciplines of construction, due diligence and maintenance. The RAM team can provide you with highly creative and well-defined on-site property management supervised by experienced managers and supported by a strong and successful organization.

The purpose of the Leasing Consultant is to lease apartments, retain residents through customer service, and handle administrative and financial responsibilities for their assigned community.

Requirements

  • Superior tour presentation with appropriate and consistent follow up.
  • Consistent high conversion ratio with new leases and future renewals.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining strong resident relations.
  • Strong sales background preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, exceptional people skills, professional appearance, enthusiasm, and solid administrative skills are required.
  • Computer proficiency a must, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel. AMSI and E-Site preferred.
  • Weekends required.
