We are looking for a highly motivated full-time Maintenance Technician to join a service oriented team, committed to excellence. Candidate must have the ability and work ethic to perform in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities are to assist in maintaining the community’s physical condition of the exterior and interior, as well as promoting resident satisfaction. This position involves working outside and requires participation in the on-call rotation. Must be very organized, motivated, and display a positive attitude!

Primary duties include:
- Meeting with prospective residents to show and lease apartments. A high closing ratio and closing skills are very important and preferred.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Market community to find prospective residents.
- Disciplined and productive outreach marketing
- Process applications and renewals.
- Ensure all paperwork and supporting documentation is accurate and complete.
- Take work orders and communicate with maintenance department on open issues.
- Assist current residents with questions.
- Conduct new move-in orientations for new residents
- Experience with Yardi a plus put not obligatory.
Successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, positive and enthusiastic attitude, honest and mature disposition, punctual and consistent attendance record and a willingness to change direction easily.Experience in the apartment industry is preferred. Outstanding customer service, marketing and sales skills a must.
