We are looking for a highly motivated full-time Leasing Professional to join a service-oriented team, committed to excellence. Candidate must have the ability and work ethic to perform in a fast paced environment. Qualified candidates will have outstanding customer service and sales ability and strong verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, candidates must be organized, outgoing and energetic. Strong computer skills are required. Yardi/CRM knowledge is a plus. Weekends required.

PTO – Full-time employees are awarded 5 days of PTO (paid time off and sick leave) each year. VACATION – Full-time employees will earn up to 10 days of Vacation time with the potential for 15 days after 5 years with us!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Performs leasing, marketing, customer service and administrative duties, to include:

  • Leases and markets vacant and upcoming apartments.
  • Completes all leasing paperwork.
  • Compiles and processes applications for approval.
  • Explains lease and all appropriate addenda to all new residents.
  • Walks apartments and reports all necessary improvements.
  • Assists with resident relations.
  • Keys in all fees, deposits, and new lease information.
  • Shows apartments to prospective leases.
  • Accepts and completes Notice to Vacate.
  • Accepts rental payments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

A high school diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline are required
