Responsibilities include but are not limited to move-ins, Lease renewals, including generating and handling traffic, Leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, completing move-in procedures, providing high quality resident service, communicating residents needs to the maintenance team and appropriate office staff. **Prior apartment leasing is required for this position**
Qualifications

Requirements:
- Weekend availability
- Valid Drivers License
- 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Hourly: $20-21 per hour + leasing commissions
