Leasing Consultant
We are seeking to hire a Leasing Consultant at a multifamily community in Tampa, FL.
- The Leasing Consultant completes all community tasks assigned by the Community Manager or the Assistant Community Manager.
- Areas of focus include apartment leasing, current resident retention/satisfaction, and community marketing in a timely and thorough manner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Leasing Consultant
Qualified candidates will have:
- The ability and desire to sell and market the community.
- Ability to work weekends as required.
- Prior customer service and sales experience preferred.
