Leasing Consultants/Leasing Agents should be comfortable talking to people and “selling” our product, which are our apartment homes.
Essential Duties: -Leasing apartments to maintain occupancy and collections-Stand up, greet, qualify and “close” prospects-Verify applications and process paperwork-Generate traffic for the property by performing outreach marketing (while thinking outside the box)-Keep current residents happy by conducting functions and maintaining strong customer service-Assist the property manager and leasing manager as needed.
Required Skills and Experience: -MINIMUM one (1) year of apartment industry REQUIRED-Leasing experience a plus-Excellent customer service skills-Strong sales and leasing skills-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required-Must be willing to go above and beyond-Ability to learn quickly-Bilingual is a plus, but not required
