    We are seeking to hire a Leasing Consultant at a multifamily community in Land O’ Lakes, FL.

    • The Leasing Consultant completes all community tasks assigned by the Community Manager or the Assistant Community Manager.
    • Areas of focus include apartment leasing, current resident retention/satisfaction, and community marketing in a timely and thorough manner.

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

      Leasing Consultant

      Qualified candidates will have:

      • The ability and desire to sell and market the community.
      • Ability to work weekends as required.
      • Prior customer service and sales experience preferred.
