Leasing Agent / Consultant (Clearwater)
**Immediate Opening**
Seeking a friendly, fun, dynamic Leasing Agent / Consultant to join our team at a beautiful apartment community located in Clearwater. Will consider full and part-time candidates.
Responsibilities Include:
Be the first point of contact for anyone interested in learning more about our apartment community (in-person, via email and through telephone inquiries)
Provide prospective residents with highly informed and engaging touring experiences
Offer superior customer service for both current and prospective residents
“Close the deal” and complete all necessary tasks, paperwork and administrative duties
Requirements:
Prior experience with apartment leasing
Strong customer service required
Strong sales ability and drive to close the deal
Flexible, outgoing, authentic personality
Computer experience
