Currently we have an opening for a FULL TIME Leasing Consultant to work on one of our beautiful properties. We offer great benefits and more! Candidates must possess an outgoing personality, have the ability to drive multiple tasks with competing priorities, above average organizational skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Must have the ability to work on the weekends.
- Showing apartments to qualified prospects; selling features and benefits of the community and closing to qualified candidates.
- Processing rental applications and related rental paperwork. Coordinates move-in of new residents.
- Responds to resident requests, including maintenance requests. Follow up on work orders to ensure resident satisfaction
- Prior leasing experience preferred but not required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service: 1 Year
- Sales: 1 Year
- Leasing: 1 Year preferred
