LEASING CONSULTANT:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Leasing Consultant.
A positive attitude and an energetic personality are expected. The Leasing Consultant will be expected to be experienced in resident retention, renewing leases, assisting the manager and assistant manager in completing work orders and increasing the occupancy of the community. Leasing Consultant will be instrumental in maximizing market rents and maintaining high occupancy levels through effective marketing and leasing policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Prefer knowledge of Yardi 6.0 property management software program
– Highly motivated self-starter
– Excellent closing skills a must
– Responsible for all marketing and leasing of the community
– Responsible for lease renewals
– Maintain constant and detailed knowledge of market conditions and
competition in the surrounding communities to better maximize rents.
– Base Salary depending on experience and attitude

– Responsible to oversee all marketing and leasing of the community.

– Applicants must be able to work weekends if required.
– Applicants must have a valid drivers license and drivers insurance.

– Applicants must have professional written and oral communication skills.
– Applicants must have had Fair Housing Training.
– Knowledge of On-Site and Property Solutions software is a plus.
