$13.50 an hour
Responsibilities will include:

Maintain a clear knowledge of current prices, property information, and comps in market.

Answer all incoming calls, tour prospects, monitor, & follow-up w/ all leads Assist prospects/residents over the phone or in person.

Follow up on pending applicants on a daily basis.

Fax locator’s current specials three times a week.

Have move in files ready for scheduled move ins.

Walk all move ins and insure apartment meets standards and is ready for the new resident.

Put move in gifts in scheduled move in apartments.

Outside marketing efforts: Visit area businesses and colleges on a weekly basis.

File all paperwork as it is generated.

Maintain supply of pre-assembled rental packets and move in files.

Attend and participate in resident functions, move-in days, and housing fairs.

Complete new move in callbacks weekly to insure previous weeks move ins are satisfied with their new apartment.

Updated all social media outlets (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest) Insure that local, state and federal laws for resident file documentation are followed.

Qualifications: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED Prior multi family experience a MUST. Valid Drivers License. Ability to close on leads to produce results (must see increase in occupancy). Ability to multi-task on a daily basis and must have good customer relations skills. Ability to secure and handle payments and to be accountable for payments received. Ability to function in a fast paced environment. Ability to use independent judgment and maintain confidentiality.
