Lakeside Walk at Bexley, a luxurious new , 300 unit, multi-family community in Land O’Lakes FL has an immediate opening for an experienced leasing professional to join our team .
Responsibilities:
- Guide prospects through the process of becoming residents from the time they inquire through the time they move in
- Build lasting relationships with residents by providing excellent customer service
- Host open houses, resident events and other outreach marketing functions.
- Maintain an accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the community, particularly in areas such as rent and pricing information, market comps, vacancies, apartment availability, lease expirations
Qualifications:
- Min 2 years sales experience preferably as a leasing consultant in an apartment community
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required and experience with OneSite/Real Page Software a plus
- Capable of building rapport with a variety of people
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background and credit check as well as drug screening
